COLUMBUS (WCMH)— The amazing voice of Capital University Conservatory of Music graduate Paula Shtein is being heard in a Gallery Players Production of ‘Funny Girl’ at the Columbus Jewish Center.
Shtein just finished a national tour across 15 states and Canada.
“To have all my friends and family here that I’ve known my whole life to see me iin this dream role, It’s been incredible and everyone’s been so supportive,” said Shtein.
She said she was excited to come home and play the lead role of singer and comic Fanny Brice in ‘Funny Girl’, which was the breakthrough hit for Barbara Streisand when it debuted in 1964.
